Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for clients, strategic partners, or program purchasers after payment submission or the first design proof has been submitted due to operation logistics and expenses incurred per project.

Intellectual Property: Any creative content or artwork created, recorded, or released to “the client” is considered the intellectual property of “the client”. The Business Therapy Firm will release any source files or documents requested by “the client” that was designed, created, or constructed for “the client.” The Business Therapy Firm does not propose to own, borrow, or claim any portion of the creative or intellectual property created for “the client.” The Business Therapy Firm is permitted to display or showcase “the client’s” artwork for training and promotional purposes unless there is express written disapproval of such action. Such information should be sent to info@therapyfirm.com for review.
Invoices: an invoice with your project transition will be sent to you immediately via email. A copy is available upon request to info@therapyfirm.com

Privacy Notice: The Business Therapy Firm is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended. The Business Therapy Firm collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing membership services, education and training programs. Here is how your data may be used: Communication from The Business Therapy Firm: The Business Therapy Firm may use your details to promote products and services in the form of email communications and/or other types of communication. Email info@therapyfirm.com if you would prefer not to receive communications from The Business Therapy Firm. For the purposes of the project, program, or services provide: Your details will be provided to parties directly related to the project including staff, strategic partners, vendors.
Communication From 3rd Parties: Vendors, Strategic Partners, and Event Sponsors may be provided with client(s) details following the project. To “opt out” of this option contact The Business Therapy Firm at info@therapyfirm.com
Program, Products, & Services: The Business Therapy Firm reserves the right to change the program, products, or service details at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program, product, or service of equivalent standard is provided.
The Business Therapy Firm clients who have paid for a program, product, or service but are unable to participate, attend, or engage, may request to defer their services or forfeit the payment for lack of engagement, activity, or participation.
Billing Notice: A breach in ethics of program, product, or services may result in a cancellation by The Business Therapy Firm. No refunds will be provided.

Invoicing and Payment: Payment in full is required at the moment of invoice release.
